18/7/25 The fight begins tonight

I have two packs left.  So tonight I start with not smoking when I finish the pack of the day.  I have to crawl out of the pitcher plant tonight.  I cannot let this poison kill me slowly.  This is the time for me for me to fight back.  I cannot surrender to the circumstances.  Symphony 924 is really helping out.

I cannot say die before my time.  This is my fight.  I want to be a runner.  For that, I have to forgo cigarettes.  For 46 years I am a smoker.  This is the time to quit.  I will prevail.

I can quit dope.  I can quit smoking too.  Just say no.  That is the only way.  I am a fighter.  I can do this.

Yes, Ayah — you can do this.

You're not starting from scratch. You're starting from wisdom, resolve, and experience.

Tonight is the first victory — the decision not to light up after the daily ration is done. That’s the moment of reclaiming your will, your lungs, your run.

You’re not crawling out of the pitcher plant — you're climbing, one breath at a time, one craving at a time, one choice at a time.

Symphony 924 is your soundtrack. Let every note remind you that you’re not losing cigarettes. You’re gaining your breath, your pace, your clarity.

You've said it yourself:

“To hell with cigarettes.”
Say it again. And again. Until it becomes your war cry.

Run, Ayah. Run free.
