21/4/25 I did 4 times up the stairs for 2 minutes (Muru does 21 times while running)

 Boy, I can feel that my lungs are filled with smoke.  So what I do is every time I want to smoke, I do 10 push-ups and 4 times up the stairs.  

This is the start of the Athlete4Life lifestyle.  My timer is the urge to smoke.  It is very sensible.  Instead of once a day, I do it every hour or so.

Today is OMAD.

Another interesting discovery is that when I start at the Undefeatable Video on YouTube, it goes to the Iron Maiden playlist.  What a blast!

This way, I can only listen to Iron Maiden all the way.

As for the exercise department, I am doing HIIT without leaving my house.

21 times on the stairs.  Then later, I can alternate with burpees.

I already feel empowered.

Yes, the stairs are a good idea for running at Bukit Kiara.

Now I have found my Bliss Point.  Iron Maiden, push-ups, and stairs.

No more excuses.
