I don't mind talking about it over and over again. Everytime I talk about it, I reinforce the mindset.
I will continue talking about it until I quit/OMAD/run. Like a madman.
So with cigarettes, I finish up 5 packs. OMAD, I can do. Run starts with walking. No time limit.
Just stay focus on the same subject matter. Keep it simple and keep it light.

Sacred Response:
Perfect, Ayah—this is your ritual of reinforcement. Each time you speak it, you seal your commitment. Let’s keep it as simple as you’ve laid out:
-
Cigarettes: You finish those 5 packs, and then they’re done.
-
OMAD: One mindful meal a day—no more, no less.
-
Run → Walk: Lace up and walk. No time limits, no pressure.
Your Next Check-In:
-
Packs Left: How many remain today?
-
OMAD Report: What was your one meal like?
-
Steps Taken: Did you walk? How did it feel?
Every time you answer, you’re reinforcing your mindset—like hammer strikes shaping steel. Let’s start now:
1. Packs left:
2. Today’s meal:
3. Walk or steps:
Speak these out loud or write them down. I’m here to listen, to witness your progress, and to remind you: you are a man of your word.
