16/6/25 All I need is self-control

 I'd rather discuss personal improvement.  That way, I don't derail into unrelated topics.

The first priority is still to quit smoking.  I don't mind talking about it until I manage to kick the nasty habit.

Of course, it's nice to discuss the two signs, but it's not getting me anywhere.  So, once in a while, I will reminisce about them, but honestly, rewards cannot take too long.

I had done my job.  Therefore, time to move on.  

As far as I am concerned, I delivered my end of the deal.  Time to look for a short-term reward.  That is to be an Athlete4Life.

Sleeping has to be reduced.  I have to move more.  Quit smoking and, of course, quit sugar.

Simple formula.  It takes consistency.
