As we pass through one stage of understanding to the next, let us remind ourselves that we are particles, and the next level is to move to the light and wave spectrum. Only then are we not dependent on neurotransmitters and microbes for our livelihood.
As long as we are particles, we are dependent on chemical reactions to live. With light and waves, we are free to exist in a different state of being. A light being that resonates in the electromagnetic wave. The comparison is like getting light from firewood and from electricity. Totally different forms altogether.
So as light, we are no longer dependent on neurotransmitters for our switches and emotional reactions. As light, we are solely dependent on the electromagnetic resonance for feedback. As long as there is vibration, we are alive and maintenance-free. We won't get old or sick. Time stands still as we continue to exist.
To imagine the Realms of Angels is to accept that we might lose our olfactory senses. One possibility...
We will still have our battery, the soul, but the design is much different, like an EV to a fossil fuel engine, as much as that is different from the steam engine.
It is nice to be able to create a human body in the future, but the truth is, there is no body, just a glow of light surrounded by waves like the field of electrons.
To be more accurate, it will be similar to the electromagnetic waves used in radio or smartphones. There is no solid form.
