16/6/25 Let's start reducing by tonight

 We start our skirmish tonight.  No more cigarettes after the one after dinner.  Then tomorrow, I cut to three:

  • First thing in the morning
  • Midday
  • Dinner
From that point on, the last 4 packs are 4 sticks per day.

I know I can win this Grand Slam.  Tomorrow, I OMAD and cut sugar.  I will make a point of exercising for 30 minutes.
