That's the way it is. I have to keep on moving. Even if it means I only move my fingers.

OMAD starts tomorrow. I only eat at night. If I do that for 3 months, I will lose 20 kg.
So what if I eat once a day? There are many poor people all over the world who eat once a day.

30 kg is doable. I am very sure. No more Ribena during the day. No more 3-in-1 coffee.
Baby steps. No cigarettes, no 3-in-1, no breakfast, no lunch.
If I omit either one, I am already winning.
