13/5/25 The only remedy to smoking

 I found out that the best way to reduce smoking is to reduce it to four sticks a day. At least this is the immediate remedy.  

Morning:  8:00 am

Afternoon: 12:00 pm

Evening:  4:00 pm

Night:  8:00 pm

Let's start with that and see if I can stick to the ration.

I can.  Four per day... Meaning I smoke one pack in three days.

Keep insisting until I break the addiction.  Never ever give up.
