21/5/25 Delay Tactics

Delay as long as I please for the day.  I have trouble breathing today.  Not good...  I will continue refraining from smoking for as long as I take.

My fingers are aching with arthritis.  The battle is still the battle with weight.

Report from the Universe Within:

    1.    Lung capacity is only 50%

    2.    High Blood

    3.    Obese

    4.    Gout

    5.    Gall Bladder Stones

    6.    Kidney Stones

    7.    Liver Cirrhosis 

    8.    Bipolar Disorder

    9.    Diabetes

The Universe Within is under attack. It all started with being overweight and lacking exercise. Now that I know the cause, I'd better do something.

Cigarettes have to go.  It is now facing the Judgment of heaven.  My BP is 120/86, and my pulse is 90.
