20/5/25 Started long nap to counter smoking addiction

I slept like a log today.  A very satisfying long nap, as it rained.  The airond was on and I was so damn sleepy.

Each time I feel like smoking, I remind myself of the Wim Hof breathing method, which I do when I feel like smoking.  It worked like a charm.

I still feel groggy after an afternoon nap, but I told myself that this is better than smoking.

Say no to smoking.
