!!!7/5/25 I start my day with a positive thought

The key is in moving.

 It starts with a positive attitude.  I had a good sleep.  Then I had a good breakfast.  Next is to shower and do the Mall Walk at 10:00 am.

I need to stay alert on my feet.

I feel fresh from the 3-in-1 coffee and butter and kaya toast.  I must exercise today.

Not just sleep and eat.
