26/5/25 The Master Bedroom was reairconditioned

 That is good news.  I can exercise again.  It is a game-changer on my side.  I can make use of the elliptical machine and the weights to keep myself busy before bed.  The room will be cooler before bedtime.

Yes, I don't need to quit smoking to exercise and lose weight.

I sense a ray of hope with this new routine.  To exercise and to sweat.  That will be my lifestyle for years to come.

Of the plans I had for the future, this is the most promising plan.  I will do it.  I will be the Athlete4Life.
