7/5/25 Chapter 3: Move More

 The chair is the enemy.

It's time to restore order.  It is through strength and energy.

Food and cigarettes are inhibitors to moving more.

That is why I am rereading Life on the Fasting Lane.  The whole strategy is to get the right perspective to the whole cunnundrum.

I will do the push-ups and the stair walk to replace smoking and sleepiness.
