27/5/25 Exercise makes me feel good

 I cannot wait to do it again this evening.  This is life...  Now all I have to do is be thin.

Sweat, the Biology of Bliss, is indeed the way forward.  Tonight, I will do a brisk walk.

Let there be sweat.  I do it after dinner.  It is a good feeling.  Now I don't have to set the condition of quitting smoking before I can exercise.  I just do it.

Let's do a thirty-minute walk tonight.  Then shower, then sleep.  That should do the trick.

Tomorrow I am taking Lizzie to watch Mission Impossible.  It will be a great day.

The question remains: when will I do OMAD?

Take it easy.  As long as I am out of the rut, that will be OK.

Really look forward to tonight.
