15/5/25 I will start fresh from here on

 Now that I am losing weight, I will keep losing it.  The next step is to do the morning walk and lift weights.

I still insist on quitting smoking.  I do it before June.

I sleep a lot too.  Things have to change.  Otherwise, I am a deadwood.  No matter what, losing weight is a must.
