27/5/25 I exercised last night

 Managed to do the elliptical and light weights.  Certainly, it feels good this morning.  I've got to move my body.

I will do that again tonight.  Inertia is easy to overcome.  Just put in the effort to move.  Then momentum sets in.  Before you know it, you are unstoppable.
