This is my focal point right now. To quit smoking for good. I am going to do that this May. I will start the Mall Walk again. By June, I can start running again.
Tonight is OMAD protocol. I will skip dinner. I need to charge myself up for the remaining part of the month. This is the fight. I will remain thin like I did in 2021.
For the next 6 months, I will just concentrate on being healthy. No more talks on signs. They are true... Now is to be true to myself.
