Start today by smoking the last cigarette of the day at 6:15 pm. Then make no compromise to smoke tomorrow after the morning walk.
Make sure I do OMAD. Which is dinner at 8:00 pm.
If I can do these small tasks, I am on my way to being thin. I am very sure of that. All I need is the 21-day momentum.
CHANGE WILL DO YOU GOOD.
What do I have to lose? My prayer as Maitreya Bodhisattva had been answered. I already won the Realm of Angels. I am on my way to becoming the Running Monk of Bukit Kiara.
How do I live a life as a running monk? Every day is about improving my run. It starts with quitting smoking. I do it gradually until I finish the last remaining 4 packs.
I cannot surrender. I am not defeated yet. As long as I still fight, I am still a winner.
This is the time to persist. Never give up.
I am a winner. I quit many times before. I can do this again.
The last quit was 2020-2023, which was two years ago. I shall repeat the success again.
