7/5/25 Chapter 1: OMAD

 This is where it begins.  The most visible discipline.  I have to decide that I only eat dinner.

That way, I avoid all the calories that come with daytime eating and drinking.

I had skipped Ribena.  Now is to avoid a heavy breakfast and lunch.  I become a monk.  That way, food becomes my discipline.

Without food, there goes the urge to smoke.  I save money too.

OMAD starts tonight, with a hearty dinner.  After that, no more meals until 8:00 pm tomorrow.

Aah...  Beethoven Winter Sonata.  A definite neuroplasticity.

I only have one month to cross the half-year mark.

No more excuses.  I am on my way to be a lifelong runner; Homo Sapien Par Excellence.  Listening to Beethoven is like massaging my neurons.

So, so, soothing... It is so relaxing.

Yes, it is a package deal: OMAD, Quit Smoking, and Move More.

So, OMAD is a must.
