16/5/25 Let's plan for tomorrow

 The battle starts with small wins.

I have 4 packs to go.  Tomorrow, I will wake up and straightaway shower.  Immediately, I do my Mall Walk.

No breakfast and lunch.  I do OMAD.  The key is to keep on moving.  Thinking my battle with Satan begins tonight.

I will remain steadfast in smoking my last 4 packs.  No remorse.  I look at the Devil straight in the face and fight him on his battlefield.

When the 4 packs finish, I will fight inertia by remaining active.  I only have to fight 4 demons:  Inertia, Weight, Cigarette, and Sugar.

The goal is to weigh 77 kg, run 8 km per hour, quit smoking, and quit sugar.

I have diverted too far and too long from my path.  Now is to veer to the right path.  Keep reaffirming the cause forward.
