Boy, what a difference after a shower. Tomorrow I will do the morning walk. So what if it is hot? I have enough outfits to exercise morning and afternoon.
The key is in moving. I must do it. In June, I will start my couch-to-5 km exercise. Therefore, May is working out the rusty machinery.
I want this bad enough. So bad that I am willing to fight inertia head-on. The shower still feels good.
I can imagine running 22 km in Bukit Kiara. I can do it. Time to lose the 30 kg. Skip dinner if I have to in order to OMAD.
If I don't smoke, I am a normal guy with dreams and aspirations. That is why cigarettes have to go. No matter what.
May is the moment of truth. I MUST QUIT SMOKING. I can be better than RR. I can quit smoking and still run. I can say no to cigarettes. Running and smoking don't mix.
