1/5/25 Mentally preparing a new life

 Tomorrow is the last pack of cigarettes.  I have no intention of having dinner tonight.

Make this another OMAD.  

I lost 3 kg over the past month.  That is encouraging.

Today is a good day.  I need to move more, eat less, and quit smoking.

That's all I care.

I will rebound from my sorry state and rise as a champion.

This is the story for 2025.  One quarter had passed, and I was still dilly-dallying on my purpose.  No can do. 

I am going to make it happen.  I have so much time.
