4/5/25 Breakfast 9:46 am. Have a crave to smoke.

 I discovered that the urge will disappear if I keep biting the bullet.  So here I am, bullet to be bitten.

The urge will eventually go away.  I want the buzz, but I don't want the smoke.  The smoke is disgusting.

Every time after a meal, enjoy at least 5 minutes of dopamine void.  There is life in the void.

I am addicted to Wim Hof breathing method.
