5/5/25 Today I'll do it again

 I will quit smoking again.  I will continue to quit until I can quit for good.

This is my pledge.

Today I OMAD.  These two, plus moving more, will be my lifestyle.

I will continue this until I weigh 77 kg and can run 8 km/hour.

I will not compromise my health.

I'll do it for 3 months.
